5. Service Usage

• •Our standard pickup and delivery timings are between 9 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Sunday. We offer next-day delivery for most orders and may provide same-day service for urgent needs at an extra charge, subject to availability.
• •We currently service the downtown and surrounding neighborhoods within a 20-mile radius of our operating location. Please refer to our service area map on our website for more details.
• •We use state-of-the-art, eco-friendly cleaning equipment and detergents. Each item is carefully inspected, treated, and processed to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Our policy on lost or damaged items is as follows: the maximum compensation payable by our company for any lost or damaged item shall be limited to ten (10) times the charge on the bill specifically related to that particular item. This represents the sole and exclusive remedy for any loss or damage to your items.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 365 Laundry, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
